A deposit of $will be paid to Kimberlee Hanto for the group's services. The date and time will be reserved when the deposit and contract are received by Ms. Hanto. The remainder is to be paid a minimum of 30 days prior to the event. If the remainder has not been received by such time, the ensemble will consider the performance cancelled. If the manager is contacted before the payment is due and told that it will be late, a $30.00 per day late fee will be added to the balance due.

The ensemble is paid for the time required for them to be at the event, whether they are playing or not. Each hour the group is contracted to play consists of fifty minutes of music and ten minutes of break.

Performing outdoors must first be discussed with the manager. The ensemble will not play in direct sunlight or expose their instruments to any type of precipitation. Under all circumstances, they will not perform below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

A chair will be provided for each musician, as well as adequate lighting by the person hiring the ensemble. Please discuss any questions with the manager well in advance of the performance.

Due to emergency or illness of an original member of the group, professional substitutes are acceptable for an engagement.

If the ensemble is requested to extend the playing time at the performance, they will not do so unless payment is made in full at the event for the additional time.

If the performance is cancelled less than 30 days before the performance, the ensemble must be paid in full. If the performance is cancelled more than 30 days beforehand, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if the ensemble is unable to attend because of unforeseeable circumstances, the total will be refunded and the ensemble cannot be held liable.
